A Gilbert girl might be hours away from winning a national contest, but she'll need your help.
Eight-year-old Rhyan is a finalist in PETA's Cutest Vegan Kids' Contest. There will be two winners, one in the girls' category and one in the boys' category.
Rhyan went vegan almost a year ago once she found out where pork came from. Since then, she's convinced her mom, dad and grandmother to go vegan too.
She's also an animal advocate and will continue to be no matter the outcome of the contest.
Voting closes at 9 a.m. Arizona time. To vote for Rhyan, or to find out if she won, click here.
