MESA, AZ — Google may soon be building a $1 billion data center in the southeast Valley.
Mesa City Council is expected to approve the deal on July 1.
The center would be located near Sossaman and Elliot roads on a nearly 187-acre lot.
A majority of council members were in support of the deal after parts of the plan were made public during a session on Thursday.
