A Mesa boy honored his late father's final wishes Friday night at a Red Sox-Yankees game in Boston.
Andy Moss passed away last fall after battling cancer, but his son David wasn't about to keep one of his bucket list items unchecked.
Andy Moss and his family created a bucket list last year that included meeting soccer star David Beckham -- and that dream came true in July.
According to MLB.com, Moss also wanted to take his son to Fenway Park to meet his hero David Ortiz, but unfortunately was not able to do so.
David, his sister and their mother traveled to Boston this week for David's eighth birthday. The family enjoyed batting practice on Friday, got to meet Ortiz and even got a bat during the game from Alex Rodriguez.
A Red Sox fan also reportedly gifted the family with dugout seats.
