Two people were taken to the hospital after trying to put out a fire at a Chinese restaurant in Mesa.
The blaze broke out around 5:30 p.m. Friday at the China Panda Buffet near Main Street and Stapley Drive.
Fire crews were able to contain the fire and keep it from spreading.
The victims suffered smoke inhalation but are expected to be okay.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
