Police said Green shot and killed Ibrahim Robles Sr. on May 31, 2013. He was an employee at the Valero gas station near Broadway and Gilbert roads.
Green is also accused of shooting and killing 52-year-old Darwin Banks on June 15, 2015 and is on trial in that case. Police said evidence found at the second shooting linked Green to the first shooting.
