MESA — A man using a paramotor crashed the device early Wednesday morning, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.
Around 7 a.m., deputies responded to an incident where a man "wearing a jetpack-type device," seen above, crash landed in the Salt River Recreational Area.
The man was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
It is unclear if the paramotor was damaged during the crash landing.
