MESA, AZ — Deputies say a woman has died after being struck by a car near Ellsworth and Broadway roads Tuesday night.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 7:30 p.m.
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says the driver remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators.
It is unknown if speed and impairment are factors at this time, according to MCSO.
