Three students at Mesa High School have been arrested after several incidents involving a loaded gun on campus.
In a letter to parents, Principal Kirk Thomas said a student brought a loaded gun on campus on Friday and threatened another student. A third was also involved in threatening behavior with the gun.
Administrators learned of the threats on Monday after a student reported the incident, and contacted the school resource officer. The gun was located on campus in the possession of a fourth student.
The gun was confiscated and the three students involved were arrested, Thomas said.
