MESA, AZ — A Mesa police officer was involved in a crash on Monday evening.
Police officials say the officer was in a patrol unit when it was involved in a crash with a Mini Cooper.
The impact of the crash caused the police vehicle to flip over onto its roof.
The officer was able to climb out and is uninjured, according to Mesa PD. There were no other injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
