MESA, AZ — UPDATE: Mesa police say 12-year-old Jeremiah has been located and returned to his family.
Information about his whereabouts hasn't been released by police.
Authorities were looking for 12-year-old Jeremiah Osivwemu. He has high-fucntioning Austism with a mental capactiy of a 5-6-year-old.
He also suffers from Cerebral Palsy which can cause seizures.
Police say he was since Thursday from the area of Brown Road and Center Steet.
Around 8:00 a.m. he left to the grocery store with his adult brother.
The following day Jeremiah called his mother and said he did not know where he was, police said.
His family was very concerned for his welfare.
He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a white shirt.
He is described as being biracial, with blonde hair and brown eyes. He's 4'10" tall and weighs about 75 pounds.
