Mesa police captured a driver who refused to stop for Tempe police Monday night.
Tempe police say they received several calls about a dark colored Nissan Altima that was driving on a flat tire near Rural and Broadway roads.
When officers tried to stop the car, the driver took off towards Mesa.
Mesa officers were able to catch up with the suspect who dumped the vehicle and ran.
Police say he was taken into custody immediately.
