MESA, AZ — Mesa police say two young girls reported missing Tuesday have been located and are safe.
Serenity Edwards, 12, and London Collins, 10, were last seen in a neighborhood near Dobson Road and Southern Avenue around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police, who said the girls had no history of running away, released information about Serenity and London Wednesday morning, reporting that family was concerned for their welfare.
Around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Mesa police tweeted that the girls had been found and were alright. Further details about the incident were not released.
