MESA, AZ — A Mesa police officer came to the rescue of a little boy who called 911 for a Happy Meal over the weekend.
Police say 5-year-old Charlie called emergency dispatchers on Sunday to order a McDonald’s kid’s meal.
Officials made sure the boy wasn’t involved in any emergency and took some time to pay him a visit.
Officer Valdez with the department reportedly took the time to bring Charlie a Happy Meal and teach him the rights and wrongs of calling 911.
