Mesa police say a little girl who was reported missing since Tuesday was returned home safely.
Taya Cabanillas, who is one and a half years old, was last seen in the area of Baseline and Gilbert roads with her father Clinton Cabanillas.
On Wednesday around 9:30 p.m. police said the little girl was located and is OK. No additional information was released.
According to the family, the father has no legal rights and also suffers from substance abuse, police said.
Taya is special needs and requires daily breathing treatments, officials said.
