MESA, AZ — An overnight fire in Mesa left one person in critical condition, fire officials say.
The incident occurred in an "accessory dwelling" next to a home near University and Country Club drives and did not spread.
However, fire crews say four people were displaced due to the fire and one person was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
The victim is said to be in critical condition.
The cause of the fire has not been determined.
