MESA, AZ — Police say a 26-year-old man has been killed in a drive-by shooting near a skate park Wednesday evening.
Officers were called to Reed Skate Park near Gilbert and Broadway roads around 5:30 p.m.
On Thursday, authorities identified the man as Billy Lucy and said that no arrests have been made as of yet.
An investigation is ongoing.
