A three car collision on a Valley freeway sent one man to the hospital on Thursday night.

The incident happened around 8:25 p.m. on U.S. 60 and McClintock Drive in Mesa.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety told ABC15 that they received multiple calls of a speeding vehicle.

A trooper around Alma School Road could not catch up with the man who was driving at least 120 miles per hour, according to officials.

The man hit an HOV wall, went across lanes of traffic, hit a wall on the opposite side and then clipped a UPS truck and spun and collided with another car.

The car finally stopped when it hit and snagged another car driven by Cesar Glalaz.

Galaz says he was heading home from the Cardinals' pep rally with his girlfriend when he saw the rogue car behind him just before they were hit.

“It was swerving, I seen sparks everywhere, next thing you know it just hit us right in the middle, in the middle of the car and our car just literally just dragged to the other side of the freeway," said Galaz.

The driver who crashed had minor injuries, but was taken to a hospital for the medical emergency he was experiencing.

None of the other drivers were hurt.
