President Trump landed in the Phoenix area Thursday night and spoke at a rally in Mesa Friday evening. The rally is in support of Martha McSally's campaign for Senate.
The event at International Air Response, near the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, drew thousands of supporters--not all of whom were able to make it inside.

The Republican National Committee issued the following statement following the rally:
“Tonight, Arizonans made it loud and clear that they support President Trump’s America First agenda of historic tax cuts, secure borders, and taking care of our veterans. As Democrats like Kyrsten Sinema disrespect the Grand Canyon State and denigrate our troops, Republicans like Martha McSally will fight to ensure the Republican policies that put our country first stay in place and continue to move our nation forward. The choice is clear, and that is exactly why Arizona Republicans will defy history in November.” – Renae Eze, RNC Spokesperson
