MESA, AZ — Firefighters worked to extinguish a large fire near Center Street and Southern Avenue Monday night.
Video from the US 60 showed heavy black smoke coming from the area around 7:30 p.m.
The Mesa Fire Department confirms the fire was at a recycling plant in the area. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
No other details have been released.
