QUEEN CREEK, AZ — Two people were rushed to the hospital after a head-on crash in Queen Creek Sunday night.
Maricopa County Sheriff's Office deputies say the two-car crash happened near Queen Creek and Signal Butte roads around 4:40 p.m.
Deputies say two adults were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and two adults were transported for precautionary reasons.
It is unknown at this time if speed and or impairment are factors in the crash, according to MCSO Sgt. Calbert Gillet.
Signal Butte Road was closed from Ocotillo to Queen Creek while crews worked to clear the scene.
