SAN TAN VALLEY — Over 1,500 people were affected by a power outage in San Tan Valley, according to a tweet issued by the Salt River Project (SRP).
Information provided on SRP's website shows the outage began at 9:19 a.m.
SRP says they are investigating the cause of the outage.
Though SRP has not officially said power has been restored in the affected area, an outage indicator no longer appears on SRP's outage map.
The impacted areas included North Bell Road to Gantzel Road, as well as West Roberts Road to West Amigos Road.
