A drunk driver is facing charges after crashing into a Tempe Verizon store on Sunday afternoon, causing $150,000 in damage.

The driver, 49-year-old Cathleen Bizari, was treated at the scene for minor injuries and arrested, suspected of impairment.

Tempe police said no one suffered serious injuries in the incident, which happened around 1 p.m. Sunday at the store near McClintock Drive and Warner Road.

According to court documents, there were 10 people inside the business when Bizari crashed through the storefront. An employee and a customer suffered minor injuries as they tried to run from Bizari's oncoming vehicle.

Bizari was transported to the Tempe City Jail, where a breath test indicated a BAC of .321, more than four times the legal limit.

Bizari was booked, cited and released at the Tempe City Jail for DUI. She was later booked on two counts of felony endangerment and one count of felony criminal damage.
