A person has been rushed to the hospital after crashing into a building in Tempe on Monday night.
According to Tempe police, a single vehicle crashed into a building near Rural and Guadalupe roads after spinning out while driving at a high rate of speed.
The driver was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police say another vehicle was also driving in the area at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash but left the area after the other vehicle struck the building.
Impairment is not considered to be a factor in the crash.
