A multiple vehicle collision, that ended in flames, affected drivers on westbound lanes of U.S. 60 at Mill Avenue Saturday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, multiple vehicles collided and at least one caught on fire.
Traffic was not allowed on the westbound lanes as officials cleaned up the scene, but traffic later started flowing prior to noon.
Seven people were taken to a hospital, three of which were taken with critical injuries.
The eastbound lanes were not affected.
