Traffic was in slow motion on the US 60 after diesel fuel spill in Tempe.
Video from the scene showed a cement truck involved a crash near westbound US 60 and Hardy Drive.
The truck involved in the crash was reportedly leaking fuel and several lanes were closed while officials cleaned it up.
No serious injuries were reported.
