Tempe police have arrested a man accused of recording under a woman’s skirt at Arizona Mills Mall.
According to Tempe police, 28-year-old Jose Luis Carreno-Serrano was seen using his iPad to record under a woman’s skirt as she was working at the mall.
The suspect was arrested on Wednesday for voyeurism and disorderly conduct.
Detectives have the suspect's iPad and smart phone, which will be forensically searched, and more charges could be added.
