TEMPE — A fire along the train tracks in Tempe is under investigation.
At about 4 p.m. Friday, firefighters were alerted to something burning along the tracks near McClintock Drive in Tempe.
The exact cause of the fire is under investigation. Union Pacific is working with first responders on this incident.
Due to the fire, more than 100 Salt River Project (SRP) customers are without power.
No other details have been released.
