Tempe, Mesa and Chandler fire departments responded to a house fire on Friday morning.

A spokesperson for Tempe Fire said two of three people were out of house when units arrived, and a third was located shortly after with burns and suffering from smoke inhalation.

That person was taken to a local burn center. The injuries are considered to be non-life-threatening.

The home is near McClintock and Guadalupe.

Air15 video showed a portion of the roof collapsed and burned as smoke billowed into the air.

Tempe Fire said all three people will be displaced.
