A GOP representative confirms that former presidential candidate Rick Perry is expected to attend a rally Thursday for Ted Cruz at Arizona State University.
Perry will be speaking at 4:00 p.m. at the Memorial Union in the Pima room (230).
Perry was invited by the student group Turning Point ASU to attend the rally, according to an ASU representative.
Cruz will also be in town, on Friday, to attend a rally at Arizona Christian University with Perry, along with conservative commentator Glenn Beck.
