Tempe police have located missing endangered teen Lamech Gillard.
17-year-old Gillard went missing Wednesday afternoon around 2 p.m. near Hardy Drive and Elliot Road.
Gillard has diminished mental capacity of an 8- to 9-year-old child and was seen leaving on foot when he went missing.
