Tempe Police ask for help identifying man entering homes, touching people

The Tempe Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who is entering unlocked homes and touching people.

The individual is said to enter apartments through unlocked doors, go to the bedroom, and touch and possibly take photographs and videos of residents in bed, according to Tempe Police.

The suspect is described by police as a black male between 5 feet, 9 inches and 6 feet tall, slim build, with dreadlocks.

He is believed to wear flashy, decorative clothing, thin chain necklaces, and blue and white sneakers.
