Authorities are investigating a fire that is believed to be suspicious and damaged a business' building and vehicles.
Police and firefighters responded around 9:15 p.m. on Sunday to an industrial park area near 48th Street and Southern Avenue.
Investigators say the fire started in a loading dock area of a business an engulfed four vehicles. Two dumpsters were also seen on fire.
Tempe fire investigators have been on the scene investigating the fire.
