A barricade situation at an apartment complex in Tempe ended peacefully, according to police.

Police tell ABC15, a man barricaded himself inside one of the homes after threatening a woman with a gun.

Officers worked for several hours to negotiate with the man.

Around 11:25 p.m., the man came out of the house and was detained by police. He is not being identified at this time.
