Fire crews are battling a blaze at a Salt River Project substation in the West Valley.
The Rudd Substation is located near 119th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Tolleson.
Officials say mineral oil is burning and the fumes and smoke from the fire are not harmful to people in the area.
At this point, there is no word on what caused the fire.
No power outages are currently listed on the SRP outage map.
SRP says the Rudd Substation is not used to supply customers, but instead acts as a plant that imports electricity from other sources.
