AVONDALE, AZ — Police say one person has life-threatening injuries after a shooting near Central Avenue and Yuma Road in Avondale.
The incident occurred early Tuesday morning around 3:30 a.m.
Officials confirm one person was taken to the hospital in "extremely critical condition" after being found in a vehicle with gunshot wounds.
There is no word yet on whether any suspects are outstanding or if anyone has been detained.
The investigation is ongoing.
