Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a driver and vehicle involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash over the weekend in Avondale.
The collision happened just before 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 2 near Central Avenue and Camino Estrella.
A pedestrian was hit by the vehicle and later died from the injuries, police said.
The vehicle is possibly an older style, early 2000s full-size Dodge Ram truck.
Police did not provide any other information.
