Crews have contained a brush fire that ignited overnight in the West Valley near 91st and Southern avenues.

Flames and smoke could be seen in the area early Thursday morning, but Phoenix Fire says the fire has been contained.
It is burning in a wetlands area and does not appear to be impacting any structures or traffic.
