Police say a 29-year-old man is at large following an armed carjacking Buckeye on Tuesday evening.
According to Buckeye police, around 9:15 p.m. Mark James Rivera approached the victim, who was sitting in his SUV near 4th Street and Mahoney Avenue.
Rivera reportedly forced the victim out of the car at gunpoint and took off. The vehicle is described as a 2016 silver four-door Mitsubishi Outlander with Arizona license plate "CCC8565."
Police say, Rivera, who is also known as "Lonely Boy" and "LB," is considered armed and dangerous.
