An 18-month-old girl is hospitalized after being pulled from a Buckeye pool.
The Buckeye Fire Department responded to a home Miller and Lower Buckeye roads around 7:15 p.m. Saturday after receiving reports about a possible drowning.
According to a fire spokesperson, the infant was in the pool for an unknown amount of time after falling in. The pool has no barrier or fencing around it.
An adult was able to perform CPR on the child until firefighters arrived, officials said.
The girl was airlifted to Phoenix Children's Hospital in critical condition.
As of Monday afternoon, Buckeye police said the girl was listed as being in stable condition.
