Police have identified a man who was killed after an aircraft crashed at Buckeye's Municipal Airport Tuesday afternoon.
North Dakota resident James George III, 55, was piloting the plane that went down just before 2 p.m.

Police said it is unclear if the craft was taking off or landing when it went down.

Federal Aviation Administration Lynn Lunberg said the pilot was the only person aboard the powered hang glider.
