Police have identified a man who was killed after an aircraft crashed at Buckeye's Municipal Airport Tuesday afternoon.

North Dakota resident James George III, 55, was piloting the plane that went down just before 2 p.m.

Police said it is unclear if the craft was taking off or landing when it went down.
