Authorities are continuing to search for the suspect who shot three people at an El Mirage home.
On Tuesday night police were called to a home near Thunderbird and El Mirage roads after receiving reports about a shooting.
When officers arrived at the scene they discovered three people — one man and two women — suffering gunshot wounds.
The victims were taken to the hospital for treatment and are expected to be OK. A fourth person was also hospitalized for an unrelated medical issue and was not shot, a El Mirage police spokesperson said.
According to officials, they received “conflicting stories” as to what led up to the shooting. No additional information was provided.
The victims are between 18 and 21 years old.
The suspect is described as being a black, African American male but no further description was provided at this time.
