It's dangerous, and it 's believed to have happened again.
Back on February 6, a video was sent to ABC15 of several cars doing donuts on Interstate 10 near 75th Avenue (watch video in the player above).
The Arizona Department of Public Safety did investigate the incident; they were able to make contact with several trucks that were caught on tape doing donuts on the freeway.
On February 13, a new report was made to DPS regarding a very similar incident happening at Loop 101 and Indian School Road in Glendale. This time it resulted in a minor crash. Video and details surrounding the incident are unavailable at the moment.
DPS was unable to comment on Monday's incident.
