Glendale man accused of sexually assaulting neighbor

Officials have arrested a Glendale man who is accused of sexually assaulting his neighbor.

Noe Garcia, 33, was arrested at his home near 43rd Avenue and Glendale on June 11.

According to police, a woman reported she woke up in her home with Garcia on top of her. She told police he came back to her home later in the morning and she began yelling that Garcia sexually assaulted her.

At that point, an unknown person assaulted Garcia.

Officers were able to follow his blood trail to his home and checked his welfare.

Through an investigation, there was enough probable cause to arrest Garcia.

Garcia was booked into jail and charged with sexual assault, burglary and misdemeanor assault.
