A group of children came to the rescue of a 3-year-old girl who was allegedly picked up and kissed by a naked man in Glendale.
According to the police report, on Jan. 12 around 7:30 p.m. a man was seen running naked through an apartment complex near 45th Avenue and Glendale.
While running, he went up to a teenage girl and threatened to grab her, but she moved. He approached a 3-year-old girl, according to the report, picked her up and kissed her on the mouth.
He allegedly kept holding onto the girl until a group of nearby children surrounded him and demanded he release the girl. When he put that child down, he then allegedly grabbed another girl, hugged her and smelled her hair, according to the police report.
That girl ran away crying. The children flagged down a nearby officer who arrested the man.
Johnathan Edward Liscomb, 24, is jailed on multiple charges, including aggravated assault and exposure.
