GLENDALE, AZ — A child's death Wednesday night in Glendale is being investigated as 'suspicious' by police.
According to Glendale police officials, officers were called to a home near 63rd and Maryland avenues for an unresponsive child where CPR was being performed.
Once officers arrived, Glendale fire crews already at the scene advised that the child was a full code and would need immediate transport to a hospital.
The child was rushed to Banner Thunderbird Medical Center but was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
Police say the death is being investigated as suspicious at this time.
