GLENDALE, AZ — At around 9:30 p.m. Glendale and Phoenix fire crews say they arrived on scene of a house fire near 67th Avenue and Bethany Home Road Thursday night.
Crews had to cut into the garage door to gain access to house, and several bedrooms and the living room were on engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived on scene,
Fire officials say 62-year-old woman is in extremely critical condition, and two dogs have died following the fire.
Officials also say two additional dogs were involved in the fire, but were able to be rescued from the scene.
It is unknown where man and woman were inside the house at the time of the fire.
What started the fire is currently unknown.
