Two people were taken to the hospital after being struck by a car in Glendale Wednesday evening.
The incident happened around 8 p.m. near 59th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
Police say the man and woman were crossing the road when they were hit by a car driving westbound on 59th Avenue.
Both victims were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries
Officers say the driver stayed on scene and is cooperating with police.
Impairment does not appear to be a factor at this time.
