GLENDALE, AZ — Police are investigating a shooting outside of a bar in Glendale overnight.
Police were called to the Stinger's Sports Bar near 43rd and Peoria avenues after a verbal altercation between multiple men continued outside in the parking lot, turning into a physical fight.
Shots were fired during the fight and a 21-year-old woman was hit with multiple rounds. She was taken to the hospital for treatment and is said to be in stable condition.
Police say some of the people involved fled the scene, but one person was detained for questioning.
The investigation is still ongoing.
