A driver was killed Monday morning after his or her vehicle crashed into a brick wall in Glendale.
Glendale police Sgt. David Vidaure did not release the driver's identity, pending family notification.
Vidaure said two vehicles were involved in a minor collision earlier this morning and one of the drivers apparently drove away from the scene. The other vehicle followed it.
An officer in the area saw both drivers run the red light at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Glendale and followed them, where one of the vehicles had crashed into a wall near 71st Avenue.
