Police are continuing their search for a suspect after a man was shot in the leg in a Glendale neighborhood Tuesday night.
Officers responded to the area near 55th Avenue and Camelback Road around 7:20 p.m. after reports of a shooting.
Police found one male resident of the complex with a gunshot wound to his leg. Det. Ted Yoder said the victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, and the injury is not thought to be life threatening.
The suspect reportedly fled the parking lot in a brown van with chrome rims.
Officers are continuing to investigate the incident.
